The Mesquite Mountains from the vicinity of Keany Pass. While I didn't see it when I took the picture, I believe the Mesquite Thrust Fault can be seen in the center of the picture. Unfortunately, you can't drive over there to look at it, because the Mesquite Mountains are all locked up in wilderness status. |
